Teen arrested for stabbing fellow pupil to death

Gauteng police have arrested a teenage boy in connection with the murder of a 17-year-old pupil in Bedfordview, east of Johannesburg, on Tuesday.
Police spokesperson Kay Makhubele says two schoolboys apparently had an argument after school.
The suspect allegedly took out a knife and stabbed the victim several times.
The 17-year-old boy later died in hospital.
"It is reported that the two schoolboys had an argument yesterday that is when he stabbed several times.
"A manhunt was launched of a suspect following a stabbing of a 17-years-old boy in Bedfordview yesterday. However, in the early hours this morning, the police found him in a house at Tembisa where the boy who allegedly school in the same with the deceased was arrested," Makhubele says.
Makhubele says the suspect will appear in court soon.
