Three killed Centurion truck crash
Three people were killed and two others injured in an crash involving three trucks on the N14 near Centurion on Friday.
Tshwane Emergency Services Spokesperson Charles Mabaso says when emergency personal arrived on the scene there was passenger entrapped in one of the trucks.
Mabaso says two men were certified dead on the scene.
"Upon arrival we found that three trucks had been involved and there were two casualties on scene and one injured person that was trapped in the vehicle.

"Unfortunately, the person trapped was certified dead during the effort to rescue him from the entrapment."
Mabaso says the two other patients were transported to hospital.
"At the moment it is alleged that the two trucks were towing each other and apparently a line that was towing the other truck broke and as they were busy trying to fix the broken line another truck then drove into the back of the truck.
"That is the story we are told at this stage."
