Three stabbed in KZN mosque attack

Three people have been stabbed at
a mosque at a mosque at Ottawa, Verulam in KwaZulu-Natal.
It is alleged a group of assailants stormed the mosque on old Main Road and stabbed three people.
The building was then set on fire before the suspects fled on foot.
IPSS Medical Rescue's Paul Herbst the injured have been taken to the hospital.
He says police, firefighters and several private security companies are also on the ground.
Police could not be reached for comment.

UPDATE: Emergency services officials in Durban say one of the victims of this afternoon's mosque attack in Verulam - north of Durban has died in hospital.
