Traditional healers: "We tamed cyclone Dineo"
Updated | By JacaNews
Traditional Healers in Limpopo say they are responsible for cyclone Dineo losing momentum.

SADC Traditional Healers Association representative Dr Sylvester Hlati says they knew about the Cyclone in 2016 and appeased the ancestors to slow it down.
‘We performed rituals asking our ancestors to redirect the storm away from our area’ says Hlati.
The cyclone was downgraded to a tropical storm and has since been downgraded to a tropical depression. It is moving over Zimbabwe and affecting central and other areas of Limpopo.
Meanwhile the South African weather services" Wayne Venter, says there is a possibility of flooding in the Lowveld.
‘The flooding is expected to happen in Vhembe and Mopane in Limpopo and Ehlanzeni in Mpumalanga’ Venter says.
South Africans have also taken to social media to comment on the weather phenomenon – many taking the opportunity to see the humorous side of things.
