The ANC-led tripartite alliance says it will mobilise and picket against the releasing of Janus Walusz on parole.

On Monday, the Constitutional Court ruled that Chris Hani’s killer should be released on parole after serving 28 years in prison for the murder of the SACP leader.
The alliance says it will kick off its program of action by picketing at the Constitutional court on Saturday.
SACP national spokesperson, Alex Mashilo says their joint programme of action will pursue constitutionally enshrined rights.
"This includes the right to freedom of expression, including protest action within the framework of our democratic dispensation on any matter or decision made by any authority, arm of the state, or third person in our republic,” he says.
"The programme of action is in response to the order placing Janus Walus the assassin on parole comprises legal considerations and strategy and mass mobilisation, including a National Day of Action and various protest actions across the country."
"We are exercising our democratic right that we fought for, which Walusz assassinated Chris Hani, depriving him of his outmost right to life - Walusz has never experienced that in his entire life up to today." says Mashilo
