The City of Tshwane is heading to Lyttelton in Centurion, south of the city, to disconnect non paying business.

This is day three of an aggressive campaign by Tshwane officials in an attempt to recover some money owed by big business, government departments and residential properties.
Tshwane spokesperson Selby Bokaba says they will be targeting businesses that owe the municipality at least R1 million.
"Our campaign is going ahead full steam and today we are focusing on Lyttelton, Centurion.
"We are targeting businesses who owe us a lot of money of R1 million and above."

The first day of the City's campaign to retrieve money from owing customers has been described as a success.
Bokaba says the debt received from debtors will in turn pay off the money that Tshwane owes Eskom.
"We managed to pay some money. I think that by yesterday we were owing Eskom R200 million from R635 million. These payments we are anticipating we should be able to pay off our account with Eskom."
On Wednesday, Forest Hill Mall was one of the businesses that paid Tshwane R4 million to avoid being disconnected.
The Sheraton Hotel which owes the City a whopping R23 million, was also amongst the big businesses that were disconnected for non-payment.
