Tweeps accuse Hawks of planting Twitter account

South Africans tweeps are accusing the Hawks of planting a Twitter account in the name of Elvis Ramosebudi.
The account shares the name of the suspect in the an alleged plot to assassinate 19 prominent South Africans.
The account was created in March 2017 and majority of the tweets are about state capture.
