Twelve people were injured on Sunday afternoon when a minibus taxi driver lost control of the vehicle on Fisher Road heading towards the Inanda Dam in the Waterfall area, KwaZulu-Natal paramedics said.
“ER24 paramedics and CEMS attended to the incident,” ER24 spokesperson Chitra Bodasing said.
“Upon arrival paramedics found the taxi lying on its side close to the side of the road. Patients were out of the taxi.”
They were assessed, treated, and transported to various local hospitals for further medical care. The cause of the accident was unknown, Bodasing said.
