Two children gruesomely murdered

Police in Lebowakgomo outside Polokwane in Limpopo have arrested three traditional healers in connection with the double murder of two children whose bodies were found in the Thokgoaneng village last night.

According to police, the two children aged 7 and 10 respectively were reported missing on the 28th of November after they were last seen playing along the street late in the afternoon.
"A search by various police units ensued and immediately after the matter was reported a case was opened," police spokesperson, Moatshe Ngoepe told Jacaranda FM News.
Both bodies were found by a passer-by who alerted the police.
"The two children were found with multiple head injuries while the motive behind this brutal killing is unknown," Ngoepe said.
Provincial Police Commissioner, Lt.Gen. Nneke Ledwaba condemned the killing saying it was a "senseless and barbaric killing."
The suspects are still being processed while the investigation is ongoing.
