Two cops on the run after dramatic Rosettenville shootout

Two police officers, who authorities believe were part of the gang involved in a dramatic shootout in Rosettenville, are on the run from their colleagues.
The Independent Police Investigative Directorate confirmed the involvement of the two officers on Tuesday morning.
"It is alleged two police officers are involved and are amongst criminals that are on the run," says spokesperson Grace Langa.
In a dramatic shootout on Monday, eight suspects believed to have been on their way to commit a cash-in-transit heist were shot dead by police.

Ten suspects were arrested, of whom five are Zimbabweans, one is from Botswana and four are South Africans.
The suspects are believed to be part of a group of 25 who were on their way to carry out the robbery in Rosettenville.
