Two die in Ballito accident
Two men died when they were struck by a car on the N2 south between Ballito and Tongaat mall in KwaZulu-Natal on Tuesday morning, paramedics said.
The accident left the highway severely obstructed, Netcare 911 spokesman Chris Botha said.
"Netcare 911 paramedics and police arrived at the scene and found the two men lying in the centre lane of the highway, tragically they both died before our arrival due to the extensive injuries that they sustained."
The driver of the car escaped uninjured.
