UK Foreign Secretary refers to Africa as "that country"

Britain's eccentric Foreign Secretary, Boris Johnson, had people questioning his geography knowledge when he referred to Africa as "that country".
Johnson made the error in a speech to the Conservative Party conference this weekend, reflecting on his first three months as Foreign Secretary.
He addressed the life expectancy of people living on the continent, but referred to the second biggest land mass on the planet (home to 54 countries) as a single country.
