VIDEO: 24 rescued from stuck roller coaster

24 people have been rescued after a roller coaster ride at the Six Flags America theme park in Maryland, America.

According to ABC News it took about 5 hours to rescue 17 adults and 7 children from the ride, after six carts abruptly stopped leaving passengers stranded 23 meters in the air.
The ride is known for going in excess of 95 kilometers per hour.
