Springbok legend Joost van der Westhuizen took to Twitter to thank the Samoan rugby team for a surprise visit in Brighton, England.

The Samoan Rugby World Cup team posted a video on the Facebook page of the visit where they sang the hymn Fa'afetai i le atua (Thank you, God, our Creator) to Joost, who is suffering from motor neuron disease...
The Springboks are set to take on Samoa in the 2015 Rugby World Cup on Saturday in Birmingham.
