Vuyo Mvoko's court application dismissed
Updated | By JacarandaFM News
SABC independent contractor Vuyo Mvoko says his battle continues to force the SABC to schedule him for work again.

Mvoko took the public broadcaster to court after he was removed from the line-up.
Mvoko wrote a front page lead published in newspapers detailing his experience with managers at the SABC.
The South Gauteng High Court dismissed his application Friday morning, but he says he's not deterred.
"I would be lying if I said that I didn't expect what transpired today, but it by no means dampens my spirits," he said.
He says he will now wait for the court to provide the reasons for this ruling.
"I am, in fact, more than convinced now that a different court will arrive at a different outcome, so that then goes without saying that I will be taking the matter on appeal."
