[WATCH] Black mamba in dog's kennel
Updated | By ECR
A cheerful family braai ended in drama at the weekend, when a 2.5m black mamba found itself curled up in a dog's kennel at a home in Verulam, north of Durban.

Professional snake catcher Jason Arnold was called to the home by local security guards or requested help removing the snake.
Arnold says the family saw the snake enter the property and slithered into the kennel.
The snake was found coiled up inside the kennel.
He says the mamba was captured without any hassle.
"It was a really easy capture, the mamba wasn't aggressive. The people hadn't interfered with it, so it wasn't as if it was scared or wanting to defend itself. It was a nice big, healthy black mamba. It was very thick and heavy - definitely well fed in that area.”
