Forecasters are predicting prolonged and heavy rainfall.
NASA has issued a warning, cautioning Madagascar citizens against heavy flooding.
It's predicted that Dumazile will reach maximum intensity on Wednesday.
The Global Disaster Alert and Coordination System (GDACS) is predicting wind speeds of up to 194 km/h.
