[WATCH] eMalahleni mayor collapses during speech
eMalahleni Mayor Connie Nkalintshana collapsed during her State of the Municipality Address on Thursday evening.

In a video doing the rounds on social media, Nkalintshana is heard saying that she is not feeling well and subsequently asking a "councillor Faith" to come and perform her duties.

The cause of the mayor’s collapse is not known.
Efforts to get in touch with the municipality on Friday morning proved unsuccessful.
