WATCH: Mamelodi residents demand justice for Katli

Residents in Mamelodi came out in their number on Wednesday to demand justice for 10-year-old Katlego 'Katli' Joja.

Katlego, who was diagnosed with autism, went missing last Thursday morning.
Her body was found at the Moretele River, east of Pretoria, on Sunday.
Civil society organisation #NotInMyName led a march to Mamelodi Police Station on Wednesday
The family has spoken out against what they believe to have been a slow response from police.
#NotInMyName wants the officers who told Joja's family to come back after 24-hours to open a missing persons case to be axed .

Oupa Motshwene, from the Mamelodi Concerned Residents for Service Delivery, says they are tired of violence against women and children in the community.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday and Joja will be laid to rest on Friday.
