Legal Advisor to President Zuma, Michael Hulley, released a statement on the Nkandla matter.
The presidency has released a second statement in 12 hours stating President Jacob Zuma's willingness to pay back the money spent on the upgrades at his private homestead in Nkandla.
The latest release comes in the form of a video in which Hulley explains their legal standing.
It comes while the DA and the EFF prepare for their case in the Constitutional Court to be heard next Tuesday.
