[WATCH] Ramaphosa calls on South Africans to register to vote
President Cyril Ramaphosa has called on South Africans to register to vote in the 2019 elections.
"Let us deepen democracy and public participation in the affairs of our country. It starts with registering to vote," Ramaphosa said, asking South Africans to check their voting status.
The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) will host its first registration weekend on 10 and 11 March.
