WATCH: Ramaphosa on disputed votes
Updated | By Sinethemba Madolo
Newly elected African National Congress (ANC) president Cyril Ramaphosa has opened up about the 68 disputed votes for the position of secretary-general.

The party’s steering committee held an emergency meeting on Tuesday to try and resolve the matter.
The aggrieved delegates allege their votes were put aside as a special vote despite their names appearing on the register.
The issue revolves around the results that Ace Magashule beat Senzo Mchunu in the race to become the new secretary-general.
The disgruntled members are now threatening legal action.
Ramaphosa says the integrity of the conference must be protected and it must not be drowned by controversy and legal suits that will nullify the results.
