President Cyril Ramaphosa is expected to address South
Africans on the implementation of the 21-day national lockdown.
Ramaphosa is set to address the nation on Monday at 19:30 on the measures undertaken to contain the spread of coronavirus.
His address comes after four days into the nationwide lockdown of 21 days.
“The address by the president follows a meeting of the National Command Council yesterday, which assessed the efficacy of the national lockdown,” read a statement by the Presidency on Monday.

Two people have died of Covid-19, while 1 280 cases have been confirmed.
