The water will be transported to drought stricken communities in the North West.

The parking lot has been filled with donated water bottles and volunteers are lending a hand loading the water onto trucks.

Various companies have sent teams to volunteer and ensure all the trucks are loaded and ready to leave for Vryburg, Lichtenburg, Pomfret, Mahikeng and Zwartruggens.

The Complimentary Breakfast team's Rian van Heerden is leading the JacarandaFM team in getting the job done.

The Tuine Rugby Club brought their 'Grizzlies' team to assist. The club's Jaco Olivier says they heard that hands were needed.

"I would like to send a challenge to other rugby clubs in Pretoria to come and help these people to pack the water, we won't even make a dent in this today," he said.
