Updated | By Suné du Toit
The Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) gave students until 5.00pm on Monday today to vacate the Soshanguve north and south campuses.
The final exams were scheduled to start on Monday, but has been postponed indefinitely following this weekend's violence, which saw the exam hall going up in flames.
Three exam rooms in Soshanguve were damaged in arson attacks
TUT said in a notice to students that all academic activities have been suspended for the rest of the year, with immediate effect, and that it will not be held liable for the safety of any students still on the two campuses on Monday night.
Frustrated students now tell of their worries for their future and fears about the quality of their diplomas and degrees.
