We will vote DA if Didiza stays: resident

An Atteridgeville resident said they would vote for the DA in the upcoming local election if Thoko Didiza remains the ANC mayoral candidate for the City of Tshwane.
Kyle Mogale spoke to the media after violence flared in the area.
Residents want local Mayor Kgosientso 'Sputla' Ramokgopa to remain in his position.
The DA mayoral candidate for Tshwane, Solly Msimanga, visited Atteridgeville on Tuesday and said the ANC was nowhere to be seen.
"Leadership is needed to calm the people down, first of all, and to say let us come around the table and make sure that we are able to resolve the issues that are there," Msimanga said.
