[WEATHER] Gale force winds, high seas, frost and cold

The South African Weather Service has issued a warning of gale force westerly and south-westerly winds (65-80km/h) expected between Plettenberg Bay and Port Alfred at first.

It also issued a watch for high seas with wave heights from 6 to 6.5m is expected between Cape Agulhas and East London moderating from the west.

A special weather advisory says frost can be expected in places over the central parts of the Free State and the North West Province as well as in places over the Northern Cape.
