Heavy rain leading to flooding is expected over the eastern parts of the Eastern Cape, KwaZulu Natal and the eastern part of Mpumalanga.

Warning: Severe thunderstorms expected over Gauteng, the central and eastern parts of Limpopo, the highveld of Mpumalanga and the north-eastern part of the Free State.
Gauteng: Partly cloudy and warm with scattered showers and thundershowers.
Pretoria: 17 / 32
Johannesburg: 15 / 28
Mpumalanga: Partly cloudy and warm with widespread showers and thundershowers. It will be hot to very hot in the Lowveld.
Mbombela: 19 / 31
Emalahleni: 16 / 27
Limpopo: Partly cloudy and hot with scattered showers and thundershowers but widespread in the southeast.

North West: Partly cloudy and warm with isolated showers and thundershowers, but scattered in the east.

Free State: Cloudy and cool with scattered showers and thundershowers but isolated in the northwest.

Northern Cape: Cloudy, cool and windy with isolated showers and rain except in the northwest, but light snowfalls in the morning over the southern high ground where it will be cold.
Kimberley: 10 / 19
Western Cape: Cloudy and cool with scattered to widespread showers and rain, but isolated in the north-west.
Cape Town: 14 / 18
Eastern Cape: Cloudy and cold with showers and rain. Snowfalls are expected on the mountains.
Port Elizabeth: 12 / 17
Kwazulu Natal: Warm in the extreme north at first, otherwise cloudy and cool, but cold in the south-west. Showers and thundershowers are expected.
