Northern Cape: Partly cloudy to cloudy along the coast where it will be cool, spreading to the southern interior by evening otherwise fine and warm but hot in places in the north. The wind along the coast will be moderate north-westerly to westerly, becoming fresh southerly late afternoon.

Western Cape: Fine over the north-eastern interior at first, otherwise partly cloudy and cool, but cloudy with rain and showers over the west, spreading to the south coast and adjacent interior in the afternoon. It will be cold in places along the south-west coast.

Eastern Cape: Fine and warm but cool along the south coast. It will become cloudy in the southwest with showers overnight south of the Darlington Dam area.

KwaZulu-Natal: Fine and warm becoming partly cloudy from the south. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh north-easterly, becoming south-westerly from the south.
