[WEATHER] Icy temperatures and a very cool wind

The South African Weather Service says very cold conditions are expected along the escarpment and   southern Highveld of Mpumalanga until tomorrow. 

It also issued a special advisory for severe frost expected over the northern interior of the Eastern  Cape in the morning.
