Wits students arrive at Cosatu House
Updated | By JacarandaFM News
A large group of Wits students have arrived at Cosatu House in Braamfontein after they marched from Wits' education campus on Friday afternoon.
The students say free higher education is not only an issue affecting them, but one that has an influence on the working class in general.
Students at several universities took to the streets this week following the announcement by Higher Education and Training Minister Blade Nzimande that institutions will determine their own fee increments for the 2017 academic year.
