Woman killed, 13 injured in East Rand crash
Two minibus taxis and two cars collided in Vermeulen Street in Putfontein, ER24 spokeswoman Luyanda Majija said.
"Paramedics arrived in the misty area where the deceased's body lay on the road surrounded by the carnage and the injured patients."
The injured were treated on the scene before they were taken to various hospitals.
The cause of the accident was not known.
