A 32-year-old woman died in a fire at a six-bedroom house in Turfontein, south of Johannesburg.

Johannesburg emergency services believe the woman died due to smoke inhalation.
She was declared dead on the scene.
Spokesperson Robert Mulaudzi says no other injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is not yet known.
"City of Johannesburg Emergency Management Services has already responded to other fire incidents which were reported this week in Diepsloot, Doornkop and Joburg inner city, respectively. Out of these fire incidents, one life was lost in Doornkop, which brings the total number of people who lost their lives in various fire incidents in the City of Johannesburg this week to two, including the one reported on Saturday,” said Mulaudzi.
