Woman’s burnt body found in Limpopo

Police in Limpopo are investigating a case of murder following the discovery of the body of an unknown woman on Saturday.
The body was discovered at the Pienaarsrivier Maubane off-ramp.
Police spokesperson Malesela Ledwaba says members of the local community discovered the body.
“Police were on patrol when they were stopped by community members after they discovered a partially burnt body of a woman lying in the bushes next to the off-ramp.
“The deceased is not yet identified, and she is in her thirties, dark in complexion with short hair. She was wearing a red leather jacket, black jeans pair of trousers and red half boots.”
Ledwaba says police are investigating the circumstances leading up to the woman’s death.
