Three people have been arrested in connection with a protest in Zandspruit, north-west of Johannesburg.

The protest follows the death of a teenager who was electrocuted by an illegal electrical connection.
The residents blocked roads with tyres and rocks on Tuesday morning.
The police’s Balan Muthan says the situation is under control but police will continue to monitor the area.
“There has been three… and we have one individual who has reported an injury,” says Muthan.
He says the arrested a likely to face charges of public violence.
