Zuma comes under fire in Pretoria and Cape Town

President Jacob Zuma comes under fire in both of the country's capitals.
In Cape Town, the Democratic Alliance's motion of the no confidence in the president will be heard in Parliament Tuesday afternoon.
Meanwhile, all eyes are on the North Gauteng High Court in Pretoria where the DA wants the court to set aside the 2009 decision by the National Director of Public Prosecutions to drop more than 700 charges against the president.
A large media contingency was gathered inside the High Court in Pretoria for the much awaited case.
The Presidency said Zuma has always maintained the court proceedings were an abuse of process by the political party, linked to a political agenda.
The DA, on the other hand, maintained that dropping the charges was informed by political considerations and not based in law.
The matter of the so-called 'Spy Tapes' date back to recordings between former NPA boss Bulelani Ngcuka and Scorpions head Leonard McCarthy.
The tapes seemed to show Ngcuka and McCarthy colluded on the timing of Zuma's indictment to influence the outcome of the ANC’s 2007 elective conference in Polokwane.
