Zuma meets Premiers

President Jacob Zuma was meeting premiers and the SA Local Government Association behind closed door at the Union Buildings in Pretoria on Wednesday.

The presidential co-ordinating committee, chaired by Zuma, would discuss demarcation of municipalities in preparation for the 2016 local government election, acquisition of land for development of municipalities, municipal budgets and expenditure, and procurement reforms in government.
North West premier Supra Mahumapelo was absent from the meeting.
