How shameful? People would rather watch 'The Bachelorette' than a forecast warning them of a life-threatening event.

A weather forecaster from Ohio lashed out at viewers after they complained about a weather forecast that interrupted an episode of 'The Bachelorette'.

On Monday, during the most recent episode of 'The Bachelorette', a tornado warning came up and interrupted the episode - and viewers were not impressed. The upset fans took to social media to air their frustrations about the constant interruptions due to tornado warnings. Meteorologist Jamie Simpson saw the complaints and went on air to vent, going off at viewers for not taking people's lives and his job seriously.

While he was warning people of the potential natural disaster, he interrupted his forecast to get a very important message across. "No, we're not going back to the show. This is a dangerous situation, okay?" Simpson yelled, citing the incoming complaints on social media. "I'm done with you people. I really am. This is pathetic. It's a dangerous situation here."

Simpson told viewers that what he does is try and save lives by warning people, but none of them appreciate it.
