It's the Final Ask Ash, and Ashley has decided to focus on giving advice to everyone - from her heart, to yours.
This is the what avice Ashley has to give to you...
There is plenty that can go wrong. Don’t panic until its time to panic.
If there is a piece of glass to be stood on, a bicycle to fall off or a finger to be sliced, your child will do it. He’s not accident prone he’s just a boy.
Often people need our love the most when they seem least deserving of it. Listen carefully to what people are not saying.
Seek balance in all things.
You can never spend too much money on your bed.
Look after your colon. A back up is not desirable.
The best things in life aren’t things.
You never know whether the decision you’re making is the right one or the wrong one. The important thing is to make a decision.
No-one’s body is perfect. But yours is loveable. Ask One Direction.
Get active: you burn more calories sleeping than you do watching television.
Don’t let the imaginary person in your head keep you from loving the real one in front of you.
Don’t be scared of flying. Donkey’s kill more people annually than plane crashes.
Don’t be afraid of the years passing. 50 is not old if you are a tree.
In an 8 year study of 200 000 ostriches, not one was found to bury its head in the sand. Don’t start now.
Life is not as it should be, could be, or might be. It is what it is. Now get on with it.
I you’re sick go to the doctor. He will make you feel better whereas Google will convince you that you only have a week to live.
You are braver and stronger than you could ever begin to imagine. Trust yourself.
Walk don’t run. Running is bad for your knees.
Men and women will always look at things differently. No one gender is always right.
be lovely to yourself.you are a good person.
Start doing the things on your bucket list while you can still remember why you wanted to in the first place.
Surprisingly chocolate does help
If you look, you’ll find there’s something to admire in every single person you know.
Despite all appearances to contrary, this is a kind and benevolent planet.
You really can do whatever you want.
Other people will do things differently do you. Turtles can breathe through their butts.
In the end its all going to be alright. And if its not alright, its not the end.
Tie your shoes, pack a good lunch, and remember we’re all in this together.
But trust me on the colon...
