Yesterday I was talking about not sacrificing form for weight in other words not using a weight so heavy that you struggle to do the exercise properly and in turn maybe hurting yourself. A great exercise that can isolate the muscle when done correctly is the Concentrated Curl. It focuses on the bicep. Sit on a bench and place a dumbbell between your feet. Put your left arm on your left knee and grab the dumbbell with your right arm. Then curl your right arm up and down while keeping you elbow on the inside of your right thigh. This exercise is great and will have you seeing results in no time. Tomorrow I will add a video of the exercise in My little vid Tip
