What is better than having a lekker braai on the weekend?? I found a website that is dedicated to helping and aiding in a healthy heart in the UK. Today they call it a Fruity Friday. Just remember to add some fruit and veggies to your braai on the weekend and after all the screaming at the screen it can actually lower your blood pressure!!
Swap your snacks or chips for dried apricots, dates, and raisins.
When buying sosaties, make sure there are apricots or peaches on them as well.
When making a desert, add banana’s,pear or even kiwi fruit
