Too much salt!
Even if you dont add salt to your food, you might already be eating too much! About 3/4's of the salt we eat is already in our food. We all know that eating too much salt can cause high blood pressure and develop into heart disease. Adults and children over 12 should eat no more than 6gms of salts a day.
