Arod's last tip for the week!
Yesterday I said that I would be chatting about arms for the next two days. Today we look at the bicep. Personally I feel you cant exercise yours arms enough. If you want to grow them and get them in shape I definitely recommend Hammer Curls. Hammer Curls are great for focusing on your biceps and they focus on a muscle in your forearms. How to execute hammer curls: Stand upright, holding dumbells on the side of your body and think of a hammer. Keep your palms in and curl your arms up so that the dumbell touches your shoulder, and down.
