Cycling! Good for you!
Arod: I went cycling the weekend in the Nissan Trail seeker series! AMAZING! Thanks again to Ballistic Bike Trading for kitting me out with the Bike and so much more. Cycling is GREAT exercise for those who struggle to run and it is very light on your joints therefore you can do it for longer periods of time! People will ask.. Does it only work your legs? At first yes, but as you become more comfortable with cycling you will want to do it for longer periods of time and changing your route will also determine where and how you burn calories ie: Uphill can be quite a challenge and the second you get out of your seat and peddle standing up your start using muscles that you didn’t while being seated!! Cycling is also great for your heart and an AMAZING way to get into shape!
