Lactic Acid!

Refering back to yesterdays tip… I took part in The Nissan Trail Seeker over the weekend and the one thing that we all have in common after completing a strenuous workout.. Lactic acid buildup! This causes your muscles to ache and it can turn any flight of stairs into THE STAIRWAY FROM HELL ;p Consume more potassium and your muscles won’t be as sore. If you’re not a fan of Banana’s try anyone of these 5 items of food to help stop the ache and have you ready for the next challenge in no time! Tomatoes, yoghurt, sweet potato, beetroot, oranges!
