Yesterday I was talking about getting in enough Potassium because it can help lower the pain you feel the next day. Know this, you aren’t building muscle or losing weight IN the gym/ during your workout it is after the workout that you start losing the weight or building the muscle.
Sleeping is your best form of recovery so what I ALWAYS do just before I go to bed, have either a protein shake high in Protein eg Whey protein or egg whites or peanut butter!
You want to give your body what it has lost during the day and workout so make sure to feed it the right stuff at THE RIGHT TIME!
Having a multivitamin just before you sleep is also a GREAT IDEA because your body is looking for nutrients while you sleep and what better way to give it a boost than a multivitamin just before bed!
