Yesterday I was talking about small adjustments you can make before back pain kicks in. Today I will share ways of relieving back pain given to me by physiotherapists, I am offering the advice given to me by professionals so please always consult a physician or doctor before performing any form exercise. From day one with my back problem said I said yesterday I cracked my back, I was told to stretch! Stretching forces circulation of blood to your muscles and therefore it will increase your range of motion! If you find yourself waking up in the morning with an aching back, first off make sure you have an orthopaedic mattress and pillow, secondly before you sleep at night place a pillow under your knees. By bending your legs your hamstrings relax and therefore place less stress on your lower back
