Yesterday I asked the question.. Do the calories you consume get used up during the day due to exercise? Or are you consuming too many that inevitably turn into fat? Today we look at low calorie foods that can also be a great low calorie snack.
It’s recommended that we eat at least five portions of different types of fruit and vegetables a day. Trust me when I say this.. it can be a whole lot easier than it sounds. First thing in the morning, cut some banana over your cereal, have a glass of fruit juice instead of a fizzy drink (yes this counts as well) and sitting at work munching on chips? Why not pack in some dried fruit? It’s a great snack which can help your ‘craving sweet things’ and it will give you energy to take on the day.
