Great Cardio workout!
A great cardio workout that will get your heart racing and lungs open are called burpies. I took part in the Warrior race not too long ago and the ‘punishment’ for not completing an obstacle was burpies. These are great as you can do them at home and in your living room, just make sure there is space. Do a pushup and then a star jump! I know this sounds simple but this is a great cardio workout as well as toning AND you can do it at home! To start off with do 3 sets of 15-20.
