Arod:I've Posted a video to of how to do exercises with a little resistance. At home use either pots, pans or resistance bands! Resistance bands are great for stretching and gaining strength. I have used a resistance band for the last 8 years because i seriously hurt my wrist a couple of years ago and it has been a miracle cure. Not just for pilates!
